A Very Powerful Healing Method

To begin, I must say this very simple and radical. It brings reality to the fact we create our own world. That there is nothing out there. It is all in us.

This practice started in Hawaii and has spread all over the world there are many videos on you tube about it. The practice is called Ho’Opononopono. Pronounced Hollo Pono Pono.

To give you an ideal of how powerful this practice, Doctor Hew Len, cured every patient in the criminally insane ward of Hawaii’s State Hospital – without seeing a single patience. These inmates were rapist, murders and worse. Doctor Hew Len just set at his desk, with the Patiences file looking at what they had done and took note of the rage and anger that welled up in him.

To cleanse these Feelings in himself, he would repeat the four short phrases that make up Ho’Oponopono, pronounced Hollo Pono Pono. The feelings would leave him, and the Patiences would get better. They no longer needed to be sedated or shackled. They began being released. After three years the ward was shut down.

The four simple phrases are, I am sorry. (I take ownership of these Fellings.) Please forgive me. Thank You.
(This solicits the power of Gratitude.) I love you. (Projecting love to all the world.) Love conquers all.

The videos suggest we say the four short phrases, for at least twenty-one days and notice the change in ourselves. Could be more money, better relationships, a more peaceful world…

Again, the four short phrases are, I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

Joe Vitale has written two books on Ho’Oponopono. “At Zero” “Zero Limits”. The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace and More… “Zero Limits” was co-authored with Doctor Hew Len, who he spent much time with.
