Sometimes you need to be alone to succeed.
If life is too happening, it’s not a good thing.
When I started my first online business, it was a steep learning curve for me because my web programming skills were limited.
I was alone every day after work.
Every day after work, I would work on the website until 2am and woke up at 6.30am to get ready for office the next day.
This kind of life went on for years.
It was this kind of focus that allowed me to break through the ‘newbie shell’ and become an online business owner.
The good news for me is that I’ve established a good foundation for my online business.
Things are a little easier for me.
If you are starting out, my experience tells me that you need to be 100% focused.
You may be doing internet marketing part-time, but your attention to it should be full-time until the business gets off the ground.
You may have to get lonely and be anti-social intentionally.
Cut down your leisure activities as much as possible.
Single-mindedly focus on getting your business off the ground.
When you work, refrain from checking email, Whatsapp, Facebook etc. Put the phone on silence and away from you.
Water won’t boil until it reaches 100 degrees Celsius.
If you want to get your first business off the ground, you’ll have to work on it like boiling water.
